Cant pay with the app

Ive tried to support this company by using their app. Over the last two months it has been six times in a row now where I cannot pay with the app. For whatever reason the system wont send the payment to my phone. But thats not the worst part. When it doesnt work the drivers just stare at you with a blank face. They dont even make an attempt to try to resolve the situation. And they dont care. The last time this happened, which was the final straw, the driver called tech-support and handed over his phone to me and I had to talk to them!!?? Still did not work. This is just ridiculous.

I am going back to Uber.
