Wont let me log in, but says my account already exists. Typical of the service Im used to from Diamond...
Wont let me sign in. Request new password, receive it, paste it in but app says my profile doesnt exist. Try to remake profile but app says I cant because profile already exists. Going to try Uber.
They tried to copy uber but it doesnt work. Taxi drivers has no clue how to use it. Pointless

Now it crashes EVERY single time I try to get a cab using the app. Im back to calling the company like its 1985. No wonder more and more people are switching tu uber...

Im a long time user of this app. Finally downloaded the oct 2015 version and it doesnt work. Unable to update the address if the Geo localization is off. Unable to proceed to next step or check account. Every time. I freezes. Tried everything. Im on an iPhone 6 and ios 9
This has got to be the most pathetic attempt at competing with Uber. The taxi industry is obsolete, has always offered a terrible service and now that they are forced to change, the people in charge have no idea what to do and this is the result.

Ive tried to support this company by using their app. Over the last two months it has been six times in a row now where I cannot pay with the app. For whatever reason the system wont send the payment to my phone. But thats not the worst part. When it doesnt work the drivers just stare at you with a blank face. They dont even make an attempt to try to resolve the situation. And they dont care. The last time this happened, which was the final straw, the driver called tech-support and handed over his phone to me and I had to talk to them!!?? Still did not work. This is just ridiculous. I am going back to Uber.
This is why taxis are losing to Uber. Rightfully so.
Every time I adjust the hour or minute it resets to the current time or two months from now. Should be clickable buttons or calendar with write-in boxes with logical limits for hour and minute with an am/pm clickable button. This rolling day/hour/minute thing is too glitchy.
